To Bad Catholics
To Bad Catholics began in a basement cluttered with BETA tapes rescued from the garbage bin at the Calgary Branch of the CBC in 1999 in the fall. Our first record “God Listens To Bad Catholics Too” was issued in 2002 in a run of 15 (we’ll make some more). Our new C.D. “Mallorytown” is finished and will be available at all of our concerts. Both C.D.’s feature contributions from Mallory who we met when we shared a table at T.G.I. Fridays (it was packed) she was dining alone in a booth seat and the hostess asked if we could share, she said yes, thank God!!
Jewlz and Nick of To Bad Catholics are also known for their work with acclaimed Vancover pre-rock chamber-fi emo-popsters “the P”anos”.
